Refund policy
Our Commitment
At Leaffae, every garment is crafted with care and intention. We want every child and parent to feel confident, comfortable, and joyful with their purchase. The following policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges, applicable worldwide.
Global Returns
- Return Period: Items may be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Condition: Items should be handled only as necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Please retain tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
- Process: Contact us at hello@leaffae.com to receive return instructions.
- Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Defective or Faulty Items
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:
- Contact us immediately at hello@leaffae.com.
- We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
- All return and shipping costs for defective items will be covered by Leaffae.
Exchanges (Optional Service)
As an additional service, we offer size exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability:
- Items must meet the same conditions as outlined in Global Returns.
- Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.
- Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

EU Consumers (Statutory Rights)
If you reside in the European Union, you also have the statutory right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law.
- To exercise this right, contact us at hello@leaffae.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The withdrawal period begins on the day you or a third party you designate, other than the carrier, receives the goods.
- Items may be returned provided they are handled only as necessary to inspect their nature and function.
